All intended participants will be registered when they have completed their online submission. For more information email at : iscce@epoka.edu.al. The organizers will notify the participants about their mail and content.

* Please note that the payment of the Conference fee of accepted abstracts should be done within 20 days after the notification of acceptance of their paper abstracts in order to include papers into the Conference Proceedings. 

The key-note speakers and authors of invited papers will be excluded of payment of the conference attendance fee.
